Lisa Rinna – Still Stunning & Ultra Fit at Almost 48
Rinna has worn many hats over the years – that of TV personality, talk show host, entrepreneur, and mother of two.
Like many others before her, while Lisa was on the hit TV show “Dancing With the Stars” she got into incredible shape. Lisa was so happy about the way her body looked she encouraged her dance partner to start dance classes for exercise. From there they went on to doing a DVD, so that people everywhere can dance the pounds off.
It’s not rocket science to realize bodies do transform from dancing – it’s a great form of exercise.
When you are dancing, it doesn’t feel like you’re working out, so you are likely to workout longer. While dancing, you are stretching, toning, squatting, kicking, using all kinds of muscles, and best of all, your working out those core muscles.

Lisa’s Diet Tips
Lisa eats smaller meals every few hours. She also eats a lot of Powerbars, and she also likes to snack on Snacktrition nuts. Her diet includes lots of fruit, chicken, while avoiding breads, potatoes and chips.
I’ve seen Lisa on several talk shows since she appeared on Dancing with the Stars and she says dancing on “Dancing With the Stars” helped her lose weight, and that her body looks like it did when she was 18 years old. Lisa is now 48 and has two kids.
