What Real Customers Are Saying – Does P90X Work?
P90X is a 6/7 day “fitness” program combing strength training, cardio, and nutrition. It is intended to be used by people who are already moderately fit (or at the least, not completely sedentary and unfit) and want an “extreme” training program. I would definitely not recommend P90X for people who are medically obese or who have never done any real exercise before. It is of course better than nothing, but very overweight people will struggle with many of the exercises.

I have not tried it by my son in law swears by it. He’s in the Army and it has made him stronger than basic training ever did.

P90X is well worth the money. Its cheaper than a gym and trainer and just as effective. Plus, you can do it over and over at no additional cost after the initial investment. I’m 58 and am now doing P90X for the second time. If I can do it you can too!

It Really is amazing! Me and My Wife are just on day 5 and loving it. Tony Horton really does make it simple to get though the DVD’s he is so entertaining and enjoyable to watch and before you know it you feel fantastic. Highly recommended. However this is no walk in the park, you will need to be reasonably fit before you start this.

I just turned 42. I started on March 1st and finished the beginning of June (I added two weeks to phase one as I couldn’t do a regular push-up when I started). I lost 40 pounds and am in the best shape that I can remember. You could call what I’m on now maintenance but after three months, my body craves non-junk food. I stretch a few times a week, walk the dog and do push-ups a few times a week but that’s it. 195# and searching for old clothes that might fit me.

I started last Monday and completed day 5 today. Although the workout is no joke and VERY serious, for the most part I am enjoying it. The variety of the exercises and the quality of the DVD’s and program make it very doable if one is committed to fitness. The YogaX was off the charts hard so not sure about that one. I am looking forward to making it through the first 30 days as I fully expect to have seen some measurable results by that time. My plan and goal is to complete the entire 90 days. P90x rocks!!!

I am a 40 year old mom of four. I told myself this year I wanted to get into great shape. So far so great! P90X is the most intense workout I have ever done and the results are exciting. You really have to be in the right frame of mind to start this and your determination will carry you through. Just look in the mirror after a couple of weeks, you WILL be impressed and that will keep you motivated. For me P90X is life changing!

I cant say enough good things about this work out. It has changed my life for the better I can tell you that. From 280 down to 210 in 90 days!!! I’m going to start my second round. I am try to get down to 195 and put back on another 20 lbs of muscle. This work out is a blessing!
